Agia Marina sunset photoshoot
Agia Marina sits a short drive west of Chania, and it is the easiest place nearby to get open sea, a clean horizon and a full sunset in the same session.
We usually start in the greenery above the beach while the light is still warm, move down onto the sand as it softens, and finish in silhouette once the sun is on the water. The meeting time moves through the season, so it is set from the actual sunset on your date.

Timing and light
The session is planned backwards from sunset, so the start time changes by more than two hours between May and October.

Yannis is an excellent photographer who has the ability to relate, cater for and understand his audience very quickly. Not only are his photographs of a high quality but he makes the process of taking them fun and unobtrusive. Yannis showed us corners of Chania we would never have seen without him, nor would we have known that they hold the background for the best photographs. We had such a wonderful experience with Yannis! From the very beginning, communication was excellent — he was friendly, professional and made us feel completely comfortable during the photoshoot. Booking and cancellation
A €50 booking fee secures your date and is included in the total session price. The remaining balance is paid on the day.
The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel, because the date and time have been reserved for you. If your plans change, I'm happy to move your session once where availability allows.
If weather conditions make the photoshoot unsuitable, we'll arrange another time at no extra cost. If I'm unable to photograph your session, your booking fee is refunded in full.
