Family photographer in Chania

Family sessions here work best when nobody is being told to stand still for an hour. We walk, the children do what children do, and I photograph around that — with a handful of proper set-up portraits in the middle so you have something for the wall as well.

Up to four people are included as standard. For five to seven it is a small supplement per person, and for around eight or more the Large Family Story is built specifically for the problem of getting every combination photographed without the whole evening turning into a lineup.

With small children, early morning is usually calmer and cooler than the evening, and the Old Town is much emptier.

Yannis is an excellent photographer who has the ability to relate, cater for and understand his audience very quickly. Not only are his photographs of a high quality but he makes the process of taking them fun and unobtrusive. Yannis showed us corners of Chania we would never have seen without him, nor would we have known that they hold the background for the best photographs. How much does a photoshoot in Chania cost?

From €199 for a 45–60 minutes session with 25+ carefully selected and individually edited photographs. Chania Story is €299, Large Family Story is €399, and a surprise proposal starts at €299.

How many people are included?

Up to 4 people are included. For 5 to 7 people it's +€25 per additional person. For 8 or more, the Large Family Story is designed for you.

€50 secures your session. The remaining balance is paid on the day.

Booking and cancellation

A €50 booking fee secures your date and is included in the total session price. The remaining balance is paid on the day.

The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel, because the date and time have been reserved for you. If your plans change, I'm happy to move your session once where availability allows.

If weather conditions make the photoshoot unsuitable, we'll arrange another time at no extra cost. If I'm unable to photograph your session, your booking fee is refunded in full.
